Glute Activation
This quick 5 minute exercise is an awesome way to alert your glutes that you are about to work. I chose a groovy soca song because I want you to focus on the movement and give your mind a chance to connect with the muscles that you are targeting. You will hear me say "Slow and Controlled" throughout this video, this is because we ain't crossing the Savannah Stage yet (Trinidad Carnival reference lol) We just warming up!
